About the Role
You will own the operational standards for 10 annual European private equity conferences, managing end-to-end execution including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience.
Responsibilities
- Source, compare, and manage suppliers for event needs
- Conduct research for branding materials and event add-ons
- Negotiate supplier contracts and terms
- Manage budgets and track expenses
- Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
- Coordinate logistics with venue staff
- Provide on-site event support
- Manage internal team queries
- Maintain and update event inventory tracking
- Perform quality checks on design assets like banners, signage, and brochures
- Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team
Requirements
- Must possess a valid UK work permit
