About the Role

This is a critical programme role supporting a major banking transformation in London, requiring a strong Data Migration Specialist with deep experience in core banking transformations, specifically Temenos T24 to Finacle migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration strategy and execution
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation across systems
• Support mock runs, dress rehearsals & production cutover
• Work closely with business, IT, and vendor teams (T24/Finacle)
• Deliver migration runbooks, reports & governance documentation

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos Transact) OR Finacle
• Proven delivery in end-to-end data migration programmes
• Expertise in SQL, ETL tools (Informatica / SSIS / Talend)
• Strong experience in data mapping & transformation
• Strong experience in data reconciliation & validation
• Strong experience in cutover & migration strategy
• Deep understanding of core banking data (accounts, loans, deposits, customer/KYC, GL)
• Experience working in large banking transformation programmes
