About the Role

The Boutique Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day running of the Heart of House, ensuring effective support for the Boutique to operate at maximum productivity. This role involves making tactical and strategic decisions to support the company mission and provide the operational platform for delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Heart of House Team – Stock, Aftersales, and Client Care – and all operational processes within the Boutique.
  • Utilize IT tools such as Y2, RFID, Workday, Microsoft Office, to manage all facets of Boutique Operations.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient rollout of pilots and new apps and technology for retail teams.
  • Manage HR tools, processes, and procedures including rotas, new starter onboarding, and payroll.
  • Act as the point of contact and driver of resolutions for maintenance issues in collaboration with CHANEL and Heathrow Maintenance Teams.
  • Serve as the point of contact for third-party contract workers and site visits.
  • Monitor Health and Safety and security procedures, complying with Heathrow Policies.
  • Manage the Heathrow ID passes scheme, utilizing background check tools in line with Data Protection Legislation.
  • Deliver required resources to the boutique, such as stationery, refreshments, and uniforms.
  • Ensure all invoices are correct and authorized for payments.

  • A proven track record in delivering operational excellence in a large, fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication ability.
