About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst who can connect business and system stakeholders, visualize business challenges, define requirements, drive business improvements, and promote digital initiatives. Through business analysis, you will understand customer needs, propose solutions that dramatically improve corporate profits, contribute to MLJ's initiatives, and build better products and services.
Responsibilities
- Act as a crucial bridge connecting business needs and IT capabilities within the IS organization.
- Identify core business challenges and propose optimal solutions beyond mere requirement definition.
- Clarify needs through stakeholder dialogue and collaborate with the technical team to find and implement solutions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the IS organization and support the achievement of business goals.
