About the Role
Manage the Back of House operations for two CHANEL Fashion and Shoe boutiques in KaDeWe, Berlin. This role involves optimizing stock management, cashier, and after-sales service processes, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously optimize all processes in stock management, cashier, and after-sales service.
- Provide disciplinary and functional leadership for the employees in these areas.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Analyze relevant KPIs and develop action plans.
- Support the use of digital tools to enhance client experience.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as uniform orders.
- Coordinate external service providers.
- Maintain close communication with the Fashion Head Office team in Hamburg and the Sales & Operations Managers of the CHANEL Fashion Boutiques.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in retail management or a university degree.
- Several years of experience, ideally in a leadership position within the retail sector.
- Digital affinity and proficient use of MS Office.
- Good German and English language skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for optimizing complex processes.
- Enjoyment of team leadership.
