About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and resourceful Physical Security and Safety Specialist to serve as the primary security contact for Germany and surrounding markets. This role involves building, owning, and growing the security function within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day physical security operations for Germany and surrounding Central European markets.
• Act as the primary security point of contact for the region.
• Handle a broad range of security incidents, coordinating with HR, Legal, and local stakeholders.
• Plan and oversee physical security projects, including hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance of access control systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with security suppliers and installation contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Real Estate, HR, Legal, General Managers) to address security needs.
• Contribute to global security initiatives and help shape scalable security processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• German fluency is required for day-to-day communication.
• 3–5 years of experience in a physical security role, ideally with an administrative or project management component.
• Generalist security background with the ability to handle both operational and project-based work independently.
• Experience coordinating with security vendors and suppliers.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Curiosity and openness toward AI tools and technology.
