Take control of complex construction projects, focusing on hospital construction, from planning to completion. Act as a central point of contact, identify risks early, develop solutions, and ensure smooth operations through clear communication. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and contribute to economic optimization.
Responsibilities
- Take control of complex construction projects with a focus on hospital construction, from planning to implementation.
- Ensure quality assurance digitally in the office, with on-site coordination as needed.
- Review planning results and tenders with a keen eye for detail.
- Act as the central point of contact, identify risks early, develop solutions, and ensure smooth operations through clear communication.
- Ensure monitoring of the project budget, cost control, and participation in economic optimization.
- Be the point of contact for clients, identify risks early, and develop solutions.
- Analyze projects, provide decision support, and confidently manage changes and risks.
- Actively participate in acquiring new projects and shape the future of our company.
- Identify potential for additional claims and confidently represent the project to all stakeholders.
- Lead junior staff and working students, delegate tasks appropriately, and take responsibility for the work results of others.
- Share knowledge, support young team members in their development, and provide technical training.
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or business engineering with a focus on construction project management.
- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on hospital construction or the healthcare sector.
- Practical experience in project management methods and in planning and award law (HOAI, VOB, VgV).
- Ability to maintain an overview, set priorities, and work in a structured manner, even in complex situations.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and with a hands-on mentality.
- Very good communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
- Confident and reliable demeanor.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid driver's license class B.
