About the Role

Responsibilities

Generate evidence through Outcome Research in the medical and public health fields.
Design surveys using diverse methods such as PRO, PCS, DCE, Delphi panels, and implementation science.
Conduct interview surveys including Concept Elicitation and Cognitive Debriefing.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using software like NVivo and Atlas.
Handle ethical review board applications and related document preparation.
Support the entire research process from concept consultation to conference presentations and manuscript submissions.
Create proposals and reports for clients in both Japanese and English.
Coordinate and communicate with physicians, patients, facility staff, and patient advocacy groups.

Requirements

Research experience in public health or epidemiology (experience in medical/pharmaceutical fields is preferred).
Native-level Japanese proficiency.
Business-level English proficiency (document creation and meeting participation).
Resilience to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
GCP knowledge is preferred but not required.
