About the Role
We need your project management skills for our digital storytelling unit. You will support our team of excellent storytellers, format developers, and designers in creating communication measures that turn heads, stretch necks, and align ears.
Responsibilities
- Set up and complete projects, gather materials, operate tools, create schedules, and oversee production.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, conduct kick-off meetings, and deliver presentations.
- Act as the liaison between clients and the team for feedback and approvals.
- Be the first point of contact for freelancers and external service providers.
- Manage acquisition and controlling, prepare offers, participate in tenders, and set and monitor budgets.
- Handle invoicing (SAP) and provide preparatory support for accounting.
- Perform other project-related tasks: research, potential production support, team resource planning, and internal process management.
- Collaborate closely with team leads.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, apprenticeship, or similar in a commercial field is desired.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in project management, ideally within a design agency.
- Experience with project management in print products is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Microsoft 365.
- Experience in web and graphic design, animation, and live-action production is advantageous.
- Experience with CMS is a plus.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills, a convincing and likeable demeanor, and outstanding manners towards clients and colleagues.
- A 360-degree perspective and a feel for excellent service.
- Hands-on mentality with a quick grasp of concepts.
- Enjoyment of teamwork.
