About the Role
This role involves comprehensive operational HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including document creation, HR system management, and payroll preparation. You will also coordinate HR processes and serve as a point of contact for employees and management on HR matters.
Responsibilities
- Full assumption of operational HR administration along the employee lifecycle
- Creation and processing of employment contracts, contract changes, certificates, and other HR documents
- Support of our HR system Personio, including maintenance of master data and digital personnel files
- Preparation of monthly payroll in Datev in cooperation with our external payroll provider
- Organization and coordination of personnel-relevant processes such as onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, etc.
- Participation in the further development, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes
- Contact person for employees and managers in administrative and organizational HR questions
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on personnel
- Both career starters and experienced HR generalists are welcome – the right mindset is important
- Careful, structured, and trustworthy way of working with a high quality standard
- Strong service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork ability
- Enjoyment of taking responsibility and driving and shaping topics independently
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office and Personio
