About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, organised, and engaging Program Lead to oversee the delivery of Youth Day Programs across Greater Western Sydney. This role is crucial for ensuring programs are safe, engaging, and focused on building confidence, independence, and social connection for young people with disability.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of Youth Day Programs
• Supervising and supporting a team of Support Workers
• Ensuring activities are engaging, safe, and aligned to participant goals
• Building positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
• Supporting participant engagement, social inclusion, and skill development
• Monitoring program quality and participant outcomes
• Managing day-to-day operational requirements, including transport and community access activities
• Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, NDIS standards, and duty of care requirements
• Supporting behaviour support strategies and risk management processes
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence
