About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will partner across functions to deliver a scaled and delightful customer experience. You will advocate for technology-driven solutions to complex problems while maintaining an empathetic and consultative approach. You will navigate a complex regulatory environment to provide leadership and drive genuine social and customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead, focus, and prioritize a high-performing product squad of UX, Data, and Engineering team members toward strategic goals.
- Understand user goals and expectations to build an industry-leading customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, legal, engineering, and data teams.
- Navigate a complex regulatory environment including NDIS and Support at Home.
- Balance customer, engineering, and commercial requirements to manage a prioritized backlog and roadmap.
- Test qualitative and quantitative hypotheses to iterate quickly and grow the business.
- Communicate and tell the story of the squad’s product experience internally and externally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consumer SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace product management.
- Deep knowledge of analytics tools and reporting.
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in an agile environment, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Ability to synthesize stakeholder insights into well-scoped outcomes.
- Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
