About the Role

As a Platform Engineer, you will bridge the gap between software development and infrastructure system operations to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our engineering platforms. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on building infrastructure, refining CI/CD pipelines, and establishing robust monitoring systems. You will optimize databases, support our event-driven architecture, and participate in building MLOps and agentic infrastructures.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in hybrid Software Engineering and DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles
At least 1 year of hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines
At least 1 year of hands-on experience creating comprehensive infrastructure monitoring systems
Hands-on experience in Docker
Proven experience in database performance monitoring and optimizations
Hands-on expertise in MongoDB and Postgres cluster management query optimization, and performance tuning
An eagerness to learn MLOps principles
A strong desire to help build out new production-level AI infrastructures
