About the Role

This role focuses on providing hands-on injury and claims management and workers’ compensation advice to support client workplace risk programs. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover position.

Responsibilities

• Provide Outsourced Return to Work and Injury Management support services for a range of clients.
• Provide clients with strategic advice on claims and injury management.
• Engage strategic partners to deliver value to clients.
• Assist with data analysis on workers’ compensation injury and claim trends.
• Actively participate in the consultancy team, working on assigned projects and developing knowledge and skills.
