About the Role

As an Associate Store Leader at 7-Eleven, you will gain the operational foundations and leadership capability needed to eventually run a store of your own. This full-time role provides hands-on experience in all aspects of store performance, with coaching from a Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and customer service
• Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
• Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
• Help drive store performance and implement promotions
• Step up in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• Retail or hospitality experience
• A passion for leading and supporting teams
• Strong communication and a proactive mindset
• The desire to take the next step into leadership
