About the Role
As Head of Technical Operations Excellence (Installation & Service), you will be responsible for ensuring scalable, competitive, and standardized technical service delivery nationwide for heat pumps, integrating other energy solutions like PV, battery storage, wallboxes, and energy management.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring nationwide performance of installation & maintenance (time, quality, costs)
- Developing and implementing standardized processes and best practices across all locations
- Managing and advancing operational excellence, including KPI systems and performance reviews
- Leading an expert team and providing functional direction to regional Vattenfall trade businesses and external partners for project implementation
- Close coordination with craft businesses, sales, customer service, and product & IT management to ensure efficient end-to-end implementation
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in technical operations/craftsmanship (e.g., SHK, construction, energy)
- Demonstrable success in process optimization and scaling decentralized organizations
- Sound understanding of business management and KPI-based performance management systems
- Experience collaborating with interface functions (especially craft, sales, and product/IT)
- Knowledge of modern methods such as Lean Management, Operational Excellence, or comparable approaches
