About the Role

Play a key role in driving Charter Hall’s portfolio performance, owning the delivery of high-quality budgets, forecasts, valuations and strategic asset plans across a defined office portfolio. This role partners closely with Fund, Asset and Property Management teams to provide timely insights that inform investment decisions, optimise asset strategies, and support long-term value creation for our investors.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quarterly and ad-hoc property and fund reporting, providing clear analysis and commentary that informs Executive and leadership decision-making.
  • Own internal valuations, forecasts and reforecasts, ensuring accuracy across NOI, CAPEX and valuations while directly influencing investment strategy.
  • Partner with Fund, Asset and Property teams to deliver annual budgets and 10-year strategic asset plans, supporting repositioning initiatives and value creation opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed deal analysis to optimise leasing outcomes and assess valuation impacts across the portfolio.
  • Contribute to system and process improvements, supporting data initiatives and driving more efficient, insight-led decision making across the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a property-related analytical discipline (property analyst / valuations).
  • Strong commercial understanding of valuation drivers and leasing dynamics.
  • Proficient in modelling and analysing leasing deals, property NOI forecasts and property valuations.
