About the Role

Play a key role in driving Charter Hall’s portfolio performance, owning the delivery of high-quality budgets, forecasts, valuations and strategic asset plans across a defined office portfolio. This role partners closely with Fund, Asset and Property Management teams to provide timely insights that inform investment decisions, optimise asset strategies, and support long-term value creation for our investors.

Responsibilities

Deliver quarterly and ad-hoc property and fund reporting, providing clear analysis and commentary that informs Executive and leadership decision-making.
Own internal valuations, forecasts and reforecasts, ensuring accuracy across NOI, CAPEX and valuations while directly influencing investment strategy.
Partner with Fund, Asset and Property teams to deliver annual budgets and 10-year strategic asset plans, supporting repositioning initiatives and value creation opportunities.
Conduct detailed deal analysis to optimise leasing outcomes and assess valuation impacts across the portfolio.
Contribute to system and process improvements, supporting data initiatives and driving more efficient, insight-led decision making across the business.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a property-related analytical discipline (property analyst / valuations).
Strong commercial understanding of valuation drivers and leasing dynamics.
Proficient in modelling and analysing leasing deals, property NOI forecasts and property valuations.
