About the Role
As a Technical Representative based in Sydney, NSW, you will elevate the On brand experience across our retail partner network through engaging product education, premium in-store experiences, events, strong partner relationships, and health practitioner servicing. This role requires approximately 60% travel.
Responsibilities
- Maximise commercial success and premium experience within the retail landscape.
- Build strong, authentic relationships with retail partners through impactful store visits.
- Deliver engaging product education and training sessions tailored to different accounts.
- Conduct product training sessions with local health professionals, detailing technical features of On’s footwear range.
- Capture first-hand insights from the field regarding market shifts, retail trends, and product feedback.
- Feed insights back to the wider Commercial team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' work experience in retail, field sales, or medical professional experience.
- Solid understanding of the competitive landscape in the sporting goods or footwear industry.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising (VMD) is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools, including Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license is required.
