About the Role
The role is responsible for strategically enhancing brand equity by leveraging resources, budget, and partnerships to increase brand visibility, market interest, and client recruitment. The incumbent will lead 360-degree marketing and communication plans, acting as a brand ambassador while ensuring adherence to Maison and Group standards.
Responsibilities
- Define medium- and short-term marketing and communication priorities in collaboration with leadership.
- Develop and execute yearly and monthly action plans.
- Monitor brand equity performance and adjust strategies based on market data.
- Manage annual budgets across events, trade marketing, media, PR, and clienteling.
- Coordinate annual events and in-boutique activations from proposal to post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with HQ to develop annual media planning and advertising strategies.
- Maximize brand exposure and share of voice through strategic PR initiatives and media relations.
- Manage local digital presence, including website, Kakao, and e-commerce partnerships.
- Support commercial departments with trade marketing and department store collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with Group and Maison guidelines regarding finance, security, and data protection.
- Lead and develop a team of two direct reports.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, digital transformation, and creative excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in the luxury industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken Korean and English.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a driver with an energetic and hands-on approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving capabilities.
