About the Role

The company is looking for a Tire and Lube Technician with a passion to service vehicles. This is an entry-level position with no required experience, making it a great opportunity for those ready for their next career destination.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight
• Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

Requirements

• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
• Minimum tools needed for the job: 3/8” and ½” impact wrench, sockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths, oil filter wrenches and tools, TPMS tool - reset tire sensors, combo wrenches, screwdrivers
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Salary/Compensations

• $23.54 hourly rate
• Overtime Pay: Eligible
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
• Profit Sharing: Eligible
