About the Role
This is a phone-first, high-volume outbound role focused on driving off-market acquisition efforts by owning the conversation side of the lead pipeline. You will call property owners, build rapport, and help move deals forward.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners from pre-researched lists
- Build rapport quickly and represent our client professionally on every call
- Adapt your approach in real time depending on who picks up
- Ask smart questions to uncover seller motivation, ownership intent, and deal-structure interest
- Keep the CRM clean with accurate, consistent call notes and follow-ups
- Use good judgment to flag issues and keep momentum moving

- Consistent call output and strong phone presence day after day
- High-quality conversations that create forward motion in the pipeline
- Clean documentation that the principals can rely on
- Good judgment in ambiguous or fast-moving live-call situations
- Natural and confident on the phone
- Think quickly and adapt mid-conversation
- Stamina for repetitive, high-volume outbound work
- Strong judgment
- Organized and accurate with CRM notes and follow-through
- Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)
