About the Role

Support the Farm & Industry Engagement Department by tracking projects, sharing progress, improving processes, and coordinating logistics. This role is crucial for advancing the ASPCA's mission to improve animals' lives by engaging the private sector, with a focus on ending factory farming and building a more humane farming system.

Responsibilities

• Develop content capturing the impact of the Farm & Industry Engagement team’s work for various formats.
• Conduct background research on industry practices to support advocacy and engagement strategies.
• Identify and track relevant conferences, including pricing, dates, and logistics.
• Compile and distribute regular news roundups and updates on timely topics.
• Source and organize contacts to support corporate engagement efforts.
• Support the organization and management of photo and digital asset libraries.
• Maintain and update trackers of department goals, annual plans, and initiatives.
• Develop structured agendas for team meetings, retreats, and events.
• Act as the team’s primary internal liaison with other departments.
• Share farm-related updates and content on internal platforms.
• Support the development of internal presentations.
• Coordinate travel logistics for team activities and events.
• Manage and maintain recurring meeting calendars.
• Coordinate scheduling for large-scale internal and external meetings.

• Experience in animal welfare, corporate social responsibility or food system reform preferred.
• Experience leading and facilitating meetings preferred.

Salary/Compensations

• Zone 1: $23.08 - $24.52 per hour
• Zone 2: $25.48 - $27.40 per hour
• Zone 3: $28.37 - $30.29 per hour
