Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, administrative support, or guest services
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to efficiently multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with reservation management systems and office equipment
- Professional appearance, discretion, and a passion for member service
