About the Role

Serve as lead or supporting technical consultant on end-to-end NetSuite implementations, customizations, and data integrations. Provide technical leadership and systems architecture advisory to clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Client's advocate during engagements.
• Collaborate with functional counterparts to deliver custom solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs.
• Lead technical process mapping/reengineering and future state technical design.
• Challenge requirements and ensure technical approach aligns with leading practices.
• Draft technical design documents for review and approval.
• Lead technical activities in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT).
• Lead System Administrator Knowledge Transfer and Enablement planning and execution.
• Define data conversion/migration strategy and lead data migration activities.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting post go-live.
• Lead and/or support technical project management activities.
• Learn and develop technical skills as required by customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience.
• 6+ full life cycle implementations.
• Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
• Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment.
• Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
• Git / SDF experience.
• React / Node JS experience (not mandatory).
