About the Role

Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers. This role will define and execute a holistic strategy across Clover and Carat platforms to drive sustainable revenue growth over the next 5 years. The role will evaluate market trends, collect competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional processes, and maintain business model innovation.

Responsibilities

Identify and act on a comprehensive build/buy/partner strategy to accelerate business growth.
Identify and drive key products and innovations for differentiation and value to clients.
Work cross-functionally to identify optimal business development, sales, commercialization, and implementation frameworks.
Build business cases and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and prioritize opportunities.
Develop and maintain business/market intelligence and product KPI reporting.
Manage and own key strategic initiatives and products.
Leverage data and analytics to prioritize investments and track performance.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree is required.
MBA or related field is strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience, with significant specific experience in strategic planning and business development.
Ability to synthesize complex data to deliver recommendations at executive levels.
Broad general management mindset and strong business and analytical acumen.
Ability to work and influence in a complex cross-functional environment.
Outstanding presentation, influencing, and communication abilities.
Entrepreneurial/strategic mindset and demonstrable experience building and transforming businesses and their products.
Experience in Financial Services/Payments strongly preferred.
