About the Role

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolio, including positioning, messaging, feature launches, and enablement. You will enable internal teams to articulate product benefits and collaborate with product teams to bring features to market. Your work will have a meaningful impact, supported by a talented group of high-performing product marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolio.
  • Develop positioning and messaging for new feature launches, adoption, and retention initiatives.
  • Create programs to empower customers for success.
  • Enable sales, marketing, support, and customer success teams to communicate product benefits effectively.
  • Partner with product team counterparts to develop strategies for bringing features and product enhancements to market.
  • Create product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio.
  • Build and execute tactical marketing plans to increase product and feature adoption and support retention.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on products.
  • Collaborate with data insights, strategic research, customer marketing, and competitive intelligence teams to develop market research.
  • Build experiments, test theories, and share learnings with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize data, customer feedback, prospect understanding, and market/competitive intelligence to drive initiatives for your product line.
  • Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs, maintaining an understanding of product-line performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement.
  • Demonstrable experience in going beyond basic AI application.
  • Strong writing skills for crafting compelling stories.
  • Adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform recommendations.
  • Ability to ground ideas in strategy, balance them against company-wide implications, and design effective tactical approaches.
  • Habit of uncovering opportunities, investigating drivers, and predicting outcomes.
  • Methodical approach to structuring work and prioritizing.
  • Bias toward action and a drive to get things done.
  • Enjoyment of working collaboratively with teams and cross-functionally.
  • Habit of thinking outside the box in marketing approaches.
  • Self-starter, naturally curious, resourceful, and motivated.
