About the Role

As Senior Project Officer, you will manage and coordinate the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of complex projects supporting Court Services. You will contribute to multiple initiatives, coordinate resources, and develop/monitor project plans to ensure timely and in-scope delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of complex projects from planning through to implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and support governance and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, including risks, issues, and benefits realisation.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, managing communication and negotiations.
  • Undertake research and provide advice and recommendations to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Support and guide project team members to achieve milestones and deliver outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, risks, and reporting requirements.
  • Understanding of project governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
