About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Hardware Engineering / Technical Program Manager to help lead the development of amazing new and innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production
• Build alignment with senior leaders to establish clear program objectives and design program execution strategies balancing schedule and risk
• Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time
• Communicate across various engineering disciplines and business units to ensure alignment on risks, challenges, and results
• Champion best practices and processes for scaling product development
• Champion the release of the best possible product for an optimal customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelors of Engineering
• Preferred Masters of Engineering
• 3 years+ in a program management role
• Track record of launching successful products
• Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
