About the Role
Manage a team of external IT technical resources to ensure the reliability of global SAP-related Order-to-Cash and Bill-to-Cash applications. Take ownership for IT reliability in assigned areas globally and act as a subject matter expert for SAP Source Thru Pay.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of external IT technical resources.
- Ensure reliability of all SAP-related Order-to-Cash and Bill-to-Cash applications globally.
- Take ownership for IT reliability in assigned areas globally.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Source Thru Pay.
- Lead timely issue identification, resolution, and escalation.
- Foster an active relationship with business and functional IT teams.
- Assist with the enhancement process in assigned areas, ensuring adherence to established processes and proper testing.
- Participate in Transition to Support and Knowledge Transfer for major updates, upgrades, and new application rollouts.
- Ensure the IT operations team has the proper knowledge and documentation for application support.
- Continuously work to improve reliability, proactive and predictive monitoring, and customer experience.
- Work across the global supply chain operations team to ensure full support for SOX and other audits.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related business field.
- Possess End to End knowledge of global supply chain business processes, associated systems and technology in the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of functional/technical experience with SAP and/or related Supply Chain Applications, including knowledge of Source to Pay processes.
- Have SAP S/4 Certification (or relevant experience) in Source to Pay or related area.
- Are able to work in diverse and global teams.
- Possess relationship management skills.
- Possess the ability to lead and motivate external team members.
- Can communicate clearly with IT and Business partners, both verbally and in written form.

- $118,600.00 - $148,200.00
