About the Role
As a Stylist, you serve as a key brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and driving store profitability through product expertise and personalized styling.
Responsibilities
- Meet required sales per hour and key performance indicator goals
- Build incremental sales through expert wardrobing
- Attract and retain clients using customer profiles and loyalty programs
- Develop meaningful, long-term customer relationships through one-to-one clienteling
- Deliver a best-in-class styling experience
- Engage with the local community, including events, artists, and influencers
- Host in-store appointments and events through networking and outreach
- Monitor competitor activity and fashion trends
- Provide product feedback and insights to the management team
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in one-to-one clienteling
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds

Salary/Compensations
- $19.29 - $23.75 per hour
