About the Role

The Sales Coordinator will support the Director of Sales and sales leadership by managing product samples, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery. This role is crucial for smooth operations from style selection to order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with style selection for meetings, seasonal trends, shows, and management reports, creating CADs and presentation boards.
• Work with the Cannux team to ensure styles are logged in Nuxeo.
• Utilize internal systems to submit and procure product samples.
• Complete and coordinate new orders in the New Order portal.
• Collaborate with the costing department to meet margin goals for domestic and import items.
• Partner with licensing teams to obtain approval for all styles before order submission.
• Ensure timely completion of orders from receipt to delivery.
• Communicate product delays, changes, and shortages to sales and customers.
• Manage EDI orders and process orders with third-party logistics providers.
• Handle returns, disputes, and chargebacks, and implement standard operating procedures to prevent future issues.
• Regularly review and implement updates to vendor manuals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales support or a related role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and highly organized.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability to commute or plan to relocate to Etobicoke, ON before starting work.
