About the Role

This leadership position oversees all aspects of catering operations for game day and onsite catered events at Oracle Park, leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and executing events.
• Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and event setup based on banquet event orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions.
• Train and lead catering employees to ensure adherence to catering and event standards and quality presentation.
• Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to the team and ensure all requests are met prior to the event.
• Manage food and labor targets.
• Execute catering events of various sizes, including staffing and management.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables.
• Train, schedule, and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies.

Requirements

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in catering operations.
• Prior experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience managing in a unionized environment is a plus.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, and catering is preferred.
• Available to work event-based hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Serve Safe - Managers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
