About the Role

As a Software Engineer Senior within the PeopleOps organization, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions to address complex business needs while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging platforms.
  • Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
  • Write, test, and deploy software code.
  • Prepare technical and procedural documentation for software.
  • Maintain and debug software applications.
  • Maintain knowledge of values and practices that align with customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives to adhere to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
  • Must be able to work in-office.
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT.
  • Subject to requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA).
  • Subject to SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements for registered roles.
