About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven Senior Director of FP&A to lead Global Bookings and serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior leaders across Partner, Channel, Strategic Sales, and Go-to-Market Operations. In this role, you will drive rigorous planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support across a broad set of financial and commercial metrics. This role calls for an exceptional finance leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence. You will translate complex commercial and financial dynamics into clear, executive-level narratives that shape strategy and enable measurable outcomes. Equally important, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including assumptions, cadence, and executive outputs.
  • Deliver short- and long-term planning for Business functions, Corp FP&A, earnings, and key leadership.
  • Support investment governance, including budget alignment and opex decisions.
  • Own global planning and analysis for pipeline, bookings, churn, price adjustments, and net bookings.
  • Drive insights on productivity, commissions, channel economics, opex, and headcount.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and reporting alignment across regions and product.
  • Provide forward-looking insights by integrating actuals, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear executive insights, recommendations, and actions.
  • Align with enterprise priorities, including forecast accuracy, performance, and financial discipline.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of FP&A or commercial finance leadership.
  • Experience partnering with executives in recurring-revenue industries preferred.
  • Track record of leading global planning, driving alignment, and scaling operating models.
  • Deep expertise in key metrics including bookings, revenue, churn, pricing, productivity, and opex.
  • Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders through clear, data-driven insights.
  • Highly analytical, able to validate data and translate insights into enterprise-level narratives.
  • Proven leader of high-performing, global teams with a collaborative, inclusive style.
