About the Role
As a Junior Data Engineer, you will support the data management team in maintaining a cloud data warehouse and business intelligence platform. This role focuses on data ingestion, transformation, and modeling to help clients feel confident and secure about their future within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Snowflake data warehouse operations including data ingestion, transformation, and modeling
- Assist with performance monitoring of data systems
- Build and maintain Qlik dashboards and reports for business users
- Develop and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure reliable data flow
- Ensure data quality through validation checks and documentation
- Support data governance processes
- Assist with SQL optimization and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support analytics initiatives
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving data needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Programming skills and experience with data pipeline frameworks
- 1 year of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data analysis
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
