About the Role

This position is responsible for the overall profit and growth of an assigned territory, overseeing surety underwriting activities, establishing marketing plans, and managing territorial workflows to maximize productivity, efficiency, and expense control. The role also involves overseeing relationships with producers and accounts, and contributing to division goals.

Requirements

• Ten plus years’ experience in the contract Surety business.
• College degree in Business with successful completion of courses in Finance, Management, Accounting and Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• AFSB designation also preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organization and prioritization to meet multiple demands and commitments.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
