About the Role

Responsible for loading, unloading, transporting, and positioning materials to and from residential and commercial rooftops while maintaining high standards for customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods
• Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures
• Facilitate safe distribution of materials onto flat and sloped roofs
• Operate conveyor belt systems to transport materials to rooftops
• Verify and reconcile material orders
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols
• Coordinate efficient loading and unloading processes with drivers and team members

Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
• Comfortable working at significant heights on varied roof surfaces
• Reliable transportation for commuting
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with potential for overtime
• Must wear required safety equipment including hard hats, harnesses, and gloves
