About the Role

Peloton is seeking a Manager to support Partner Management and success within the Strategic Partnerships function. This role is crucial during a dynamic period of new partnership launches and growth opportunities. The Partner Management team handles ongoing performance and relationship management for U.S. and global growth partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Partner Management, this individual will be instrumental in launching new partners and maximizing value from existing strategic relationships, offering a chance to learn and grow within a high-energy team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic partnership implementation, launch, and ongoing performance, contributing to company growth objectives and P&L.
  • Oversee day-to-day aspects of existing strategic partnerships, including performance reporting, invoicing, and facilitating meetings.
  • Lead internal bi-weekly business reviews and monthly functional leadership reviews.
  • Drive the development and facilitation of Quarterly Business Reviews with existing partners in collaboration with management.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders to maximize results from strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute marketing calendars and activation plans.
  • Work with the Product team to manage new implementations and prioritize the partner product roadmap.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, synthesizing findings and recommendations into high-quality reports.
  • Negotiate net-new opportunities with existing partners to expand business impact.
  • Support the Business Development team by facilitating renewal conversations and processes.
  • Build trust and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support team leader in driving team effectiveness and efficiency through process improvement, playbooks, and collaboration models.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a strategic and external-facing role, managing cross-functional projects or strategic business relationships.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships, project management, or management consulting.
  • Expertise in relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Conscientious and proactive in managing upwards, escalating information, and communicating with management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to leadership.
  • Exceptional presentation and slide-creation skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to see the big picture while remaining detail-oriented.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong track record of project ownership.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and/or MS Office (Excel).
