About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist identifies, attracts, and hires top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This role collaborates with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, leverages data to improve processes, and contributes to building a diverse and skilled workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
  • Experience recruiting in a specific industry relevant to the organization’s focus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
