About the Role
The Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services plays a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience at Ignite Medical Resort. This role administers and directs the environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Administers and directs environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Procures or generates all utilities and their distribution systems.
- Coordinates activities with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Attends staff meetings to ascertain facility policies, assists in their development, and interprets these policies to environmental staff members.
- May direct safety, fire control, security and civil-defense programs.
- Participates in facility infection control programs.
Requirements
- Experience in a job related field
- Manager experience minimum 1 year
- Clean background check and clean drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
- SNF Regulatory experience required
