About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build and own go-to-market infrastructure, including CRM architecture, lead routing, enrichment, onboarding workflows, reporting, internal tooling, and AI-powered automations. You'll work at the intersection of sales, customer success, engineering, and product to identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and build scalable systems that help the team move faster. You will have significant ownership from day one, working directly with founders and cross-functional teams to influence company growth.
Responsibilities
- Build systems and workflows that power how Macroscope finds, sells to, and supports customers.
- Identify bottlenecks and eliminate manual work.
- Build scalable systems to help the team move faster.
- Own large parts of our go-to-market infrastructure, including CRM architecture, lead routing, enrichment, onboarding workflows, reporting, internal tooling, and AI-powered automations.
- Solve problems across the company by working directly with founders, engineers, sales, and customer success.
Requirements
- Experience building operational systems, automations, or internal tools.
- Comfortable working with APIs and integrating systems together.
- Early adopter of emerging AI technologies with a track record of practical implementation.
- Experience evaluating and implementing new AI tools.
- AI-native operator who instinctively looks for opportunities to leverage automation, agents, and generative AI to achieve better outcomes.
- Extremely high agency and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work extremely hard on a high-risk venture.
- Acts like an owner, putting immense care and craft into what they build.
- Cares about the company's mission and product.
