About the Role
Lead all manufacturing activities for Alstom's projects, impacting production flow and project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage personnel hiring and training, and drive continuous improvement in a cutting-edge field.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement on Key Performance Indicators including customer delivery percentage, work rate, and hours per job.
- Ensure adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations.
- Lead the finalization of manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU.
- Hire, coach, and develop the manufacturing team, focusing on occupational safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Familiarity with Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations.
- Proven leadership competencies.
- Knowledge of industrial management and manufacturing processes and technologies.
