About the Role
AB-PCI is seeking a Credit Program Management leader to manage and develop junior investment professionals and drive selected process and project initiatives. This role supports the structuring, coordination, and evolution of junior talent programs, including recruiting, training, performance management, and development frameworks. It offers significant responsibility within the investment team, direct interaction with senior members, and the opportunity to manage and develop high-performing professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop junior investment professionals (interns, analysts, and associates).
- Drive selected process and project initiatives in partnership with credit team leadership.
- Support the structuring, coordination, and ongoing evolution of AB-PCI’s junior talent programs.
- Oversee recruiting processes, training, performance management, and development frameworks.
- Enhance consistency, training, and execution by the junior credit team.
