About the Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing, packing, and distribution of life-saving blood products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while supporting hospital clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, pack, and ship blood products and samples for hospital orders.
- Triage orders based on urgency and select appropriate temperature-regulating packaging.
- Communicate effectively with hospital clients, volunteers, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic manufacturing records to ensure traceability.
- Ensure products and samples meet quality standards for distribution.
- Perform inventory management throughout manufacturing and shipping processes.
- Prioritize workload to meet production goals and customer requirements.
- Analyze information and perform visual inspections to make quality-based decisions.
- Identify and quarantine non-conforming products.
- Perform hospital deliveries as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a regulatory, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to stand, stretch, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator or freezer environments.
- Willingness to wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, and face shields.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
- Availability for assigned and forced overtime.

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations
- $20.81 per hour plus applicable shift differentials
