About the Role

Join the world's largest humanitarian network and contribute to a mission-driven organization where your work directly impacts lives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing, packing, and distribution of life-saving blood products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while supporting hospital clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, pack, and ship blood products and samples for hospital orders.
  • Triage orders based on urgency and select appropriate temperature-regulating packaging.
  • Communicate effectively with hospital clients, volunteers, and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic manufacturing records to ensure traceability.
  • Ensure products and samples meet quality standards for distribution.
  • Perform inventory management throughout manufacturing and shipping processes.
  • Prioritize workload to meet production goals and customer requirements.
  • Analyze information and perform visual inspections to make quality-based decisions.
  • Identify and quarantine non-conforming products.
  • Perform hospital deliveries as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a regulatory, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to stand, stretch, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, pull, push, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator or freezer environments.
  • Willingness to wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, and face shields.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.
  • Availability for assigned and forced overtime.

  • Sunday-Thursday, 12:00pm-8:30pm

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations

  • $20.81 per hour plus applicable shift differentials
