About the Role
We are hiring a Director of Product to lead our Product Management and Product Design teams and help shape the future direction of the illumin platform. As our new Senior Director, Product, you will build on a strong operational foundation while bringing the industry insight, strategic thinking, and market perspective needed to guide our product vision in a rapidly evolving advertising technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define the future direction of the platform by developing and evolving the product vision, identifying market opportunities, emerging technologies, customer needs, and industry trends that influence product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Lead and develop the Product organization by coaching and supporting a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive product strategy and roadmap execution by overseeing product planning, prioritization, and investment decisions, balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and market opportunities.
- Stay connected to the market by building relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders to maintain a deep understanding of the evolving advertising technology landscape.
- Expand platform capabilities and partnerships by evaluating and developing strategic partnerships across data, identity, measurement, AI, media, and technology ecosystems.
- Partner across the business by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and executive leadership to align product investments with business goals, support strategic customer opportunities, and ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in product decisions.
Requirements
- Experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional product teams within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with execution, building strong teams, establishing clear priorities, and ensuring product investments deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
- Understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem and the workflows that power digital advertising.
- Ability to assess industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, identify opportunities, and translate insights into product strategy, roadmap priorities, and platform capabilities.
- Ability to stay connected to customers, competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Experience evaluating partnership opportunities, developing business cases, and collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver solutions that create value for customers and the business.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently to a range of audiences.
