About the Role
TFP is seeking a hands-on, strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the recruiting function and a team of two Talent Acquisition Partners. This player-coach role involves managing requisitions, developing the team, and building scalable recruitment processes, tools, and infrastructure across the network.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop two Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Set clear priorities, provide regular coaching, and maintain high standards of candidate experience and hiring manager partnership.
- Act as the escalation point for complex searches, difficult hiring manager relationships, and offer negotiations.
- Create visibility into team capacity and workload, and remove blockers.
- Carry your own requisition load across clinic and corporate roles, from intake through to offer.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role profiles, interview strategies, and selection criteria.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects TFP's mission and culture.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of recruiting experience, ideally spanning both corporate and healthcare environments.
- Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting independently, from sourcing to offer.
- Experience building or optimizing recruiting processes, systems, or teams.
- Skilled at sourcing passive candidates and engaging them authentically.
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with leaders, candidates, and direct reports alike.
- Passionate about creating structure, improving speed, and elevating quality in hiring.
