About the Role

This is a fully remote Workday Analyst role focused on supporting configuration, updates, and testing within the Workday HCM system.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and updates across Workday and business processes.
• Assist with documentation of configuration, business process flows, and system changes.
• Develop and execute test scripts for system-related changes and enhancements.
• Support testing cycles, including defect tracking and follow-up.
• Participate in project discussions to gather requirements and clarify system behavior.
• Track and support project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing and issues are addressed.
• Assist with data validation and reporting checks as needed.
• Support release activities including testing and documentation updates.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and business process framework.
• Ability to document processes and configuration clearly and consistently.
• Experience with testing support, including test script creation and execution.
• Basic project management skills (task tracking, timelines, follow-ups).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured processes.
