About the Role
This role involves supporting configuration and troubleshooting within Workday Learning, Talent, and Performance modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration across Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionality based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with leads to identify root cause and resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation related to configuration, business processes, and system design decisions.
- Develop and execute test scripts for functional updates, enhancements, and releases.
- Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including defect tracking and resolution.
- Assist in configuring and updating business processes, notifications, and system settings.
- Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected system behavior.
- Ensure changes are documented and aligned to governance standards.
- Support release activities including regression testing and impact analysis.
- Participate in working sessions with project teams and functional leads.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Workday functional experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance.
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases.
- Experience documenting business processes and configuration decisions.
- Exposure to global HR environments preferred.
Skills
- Working knowledge of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modules.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create clear, structured documentation (config, testing, process flows).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear communication with both functional and technical stakeholders.
