About the Role
The CFO Training Program offers an immersive experience in behavioral healthcare finance, pairing participants with a mentor to gain hands-on operational knowledge. The program lasts 6 to 18 months, preparing individuals for a leadership role within the organization upon successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control accounts receivables.
- Oversee Business Office functions to ensure cash collection goals and accurate net revenue reporting.
- Improve hospital profitability by monitoring costs relative to patient volume and staffing.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures aligned with GAAP and corporate guidelines.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, packages, and analysis.
- Provide reconciliations and account analysis to support Reimbursement, Tax, and Audit departments.
- Collaborate with management to prepare annual budgets and identify future financial trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in healthcare finance and accounting, including AP/AR, payroll, and general accounting.
- Must be open to relocation for training and eventual placement.
