About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and lifecycle outcomes for a specific product area. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build solutions for enterprise customers, addressing complex workflows, security, compliance, and data privacy needs.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap, prioritizing decisions based on data and customer insights.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Conduct continuous discovery with enterprise customers to identify market needs and requirements.
• Partner with engineering and design to manage scope, quality, and delivery readiness.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Integrate AI tools into product workflows for discovery, specification drafting, and design exploration.
• Document decisions and write technical specifications to ensure clear communication with engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience building for enterprise customers, including navigating security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Experience managing a product or feature through the full lifecycle.
• Ability to operate independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Technical fluency to engage in credible discussions with engineering teams.
• Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and resolving conflicts.
• Active AI fluency with demonstrated examples of AI usage in product workflows.
• Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
